Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly
Job Duties:
•Coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
•Supports operations by supervising staff
•Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
•Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
•Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
•Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
•Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
•Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
•Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
•Updating office policies and procedures
•Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
•Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
Job Skills and Qualifications:
•2 - 3+ year experience as Administrative Officer
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field required
•Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
•Excellent communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills
•Proficient in MS Office
•Understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies preferred
