BRIEF HISTORY
Maygolden Foods was born out of the need to reach consumers who required wholesome and nutritious food (agro-based) to meet their daily dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.
The company formally introduced its products, first, within the Iyana-Ipaja & ipaja open markets; which resulted in, about 10 customers coming on-board. Sales activities were further extended to nearby open markets, supermarkets, pharmacies and corner stores and other markets across Lagos Metropolis; which directly increased the company’s customer base by 1000%. And since then, the company has continued to show consistent increase in its market share, largely, due to its long-standing commitment to meet customers’ needs and exceed their expectations.
The company’s brand portfolio includes Big Bee Premium Honey which started with one pack size but has since been developed into three pack sizes of small, medium, and big.
