Currently, the company produces and promotes the Big Bee Premium Honey brand, which falls in the “sweeteners” food category above.

Big Bee Premium is natural and pure honey that is properly strained and packaged under a clean & hygienic environment to preserve the essential and natural properties of honey. It is a special blend of different floral sources across Nigeria to give a unique taste and flavour that is unequalled.

Big Bee Premium Honey comes in three different sizes measured in weights of 480g (Small Size), 725g (Medium Size), and 1.75kg (Big Size). It is neatly packaged in distinctive PET Bottles, protected with a seal of quality. And, the bottles are carefully arranged in well-formed corrugated cartons to aid easy carriage and proper storage.

Big Bee Premium Honey is certified by National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and is available in local stores (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, and Corner Shops) and popular open markets across Lagos.

It is primarily for home consumption, which means it can be used as a sweetener in beverages, incorporated as an ingredient in baking or local dishes, or taken as a (relief) medicine, but also could be used for other purposes depending on the specific needs of the consumer.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly

Job Duties:

•Coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes

•Supports operations by supervising staff

•Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

•Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.

•Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.

•Organizing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning

•Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets

•Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

•Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases

•Updating office policies and procedures

•Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed

•Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Job Skills and Qualifications:

•2 - 3+ year experience as Administrative Officer

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field required

•Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

•Excellent communication, time management, leadership and employee development skills

•Proficient in MS Office

•Understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies preferred
